Police (Investigations, crime reporting, crime prevention, community programs, Crimestoppers, Neighborhood Watch, special operations, records, K-9, Statesville-Iredell Gang Initiative)

Public Works (Engineering, GIS, garage, sanitation, recycling, street maintenance, water/sewer maintenance)

Recreation & Parks (Recreation centers, swimming pool, fitness, sports programs & leagues, parks, cemetery, public grounds, trees, landscaping, community appearance, building maintenance, greenways)

Water Resources (Water treatment, wastewater treatment, pretreatment, permitting, Sta-Lime, drought management, raw water sources)
