Public Comment Procedures


In order to provide the public with an opportunity to address City Council during its regular Council meetings, a Public Comment Period is held at the beginning of the second regular Council meeting of each month.

Speakers cannot call ahead to sign-up. A sign-in sheet is located next to the City Clerk in the City Hall Council Chambers. Those wishing to speak should sign-in prior to the start of the meeting. Click here to review a copy of the guidelines before speaking.
