Design Review Committee
The Design Review Committee (DRC) reviews changes made in the CB: Community Business, CBP: Community Business Perimeter and the Downtown Municipal Service District. The DRC meets on the second Thursday of each month at 8:30 AM in the third floor Conference Room of the Statesville City Hall, 225 South Center Street. The public is invited to attend these meetings.

Stormwater Advisory Commission
The SWAC will meet once or twice per month for the first 9-12 months. Members are appointed for 3-year staggered terms by City Council. This Commission would become educated and knowledgeable about stormwater in Statesville so as to evaluate a stormwater utility and its formulation. This Commission would bring a citizen’s perspective to the Commission, City staff, and Council on related stormwater management issues as they affect stormwater quantity, quality, the City and its citizens.
