                Statesville City officials have announced a major economic development project - Larkin Regional Commerce Park.  The 1,020-acre site sits southeast of Statesville off I-77 at exit 45, and is poised to become the region's hub for industrial and advanced manufacturing and e-commerce.  The estimated market value of the project is $650 million and has the potential to create 3,400 jobs over the next 10-15 years.
