Even though recent weather updates indicate that our area may only receive rain and wind from Hurricane Irma, Statesville City crews are ready for whatever may come this way.

How to report problems:

If there is a life-threatening emergency, call 911

Power outages: 704-878-3479 (please call back if you are unable to get through the first time)

Flooded streets: 704-878-3406

Roads blocked by trees and debris: 704-878-3406

The City’s Emergency Operations Plan has been reviewed and all departments are on board with their specific responsibilities – from feeding crews to filling out FEMA forms to responding to floods – and the list goes on.  All personnel are on stand-by in case they’re needed.
