Get your tickets now for Haunted Statesville - a great walking ghost tour full of old stories and legends from Statesville’s past. Step beyond the beauty of Statesville’s historic downtown and discover its true haunted history--where tales of spirits, scary creatures, mysterious deaths and creepy alleys become real. Tours run October 18-19 and October 25-26 every half hour between 6:30 – 8:30 pm. Tickets are $10 per person. Reservations are required.

Although participants won’t be able to walk through the Vance Hotel this year, the addition of new legends and alleyways will give folks more reasons to call Statesville one of the scariest places in North Carolina. At the end of the tour, members of the Paranormal of North Carolina association will be on hand to display their equipment and talk about their stakeout on the second floor of the Historic Statesville Collection building, 212 S. Center St. These ghost hunters will be displaying actual video from the building.

The Statesville Historical Collection will also have on display an exhibit of photos that compliment the stories that are experienced on the tour along with light refreshments provided by Preservation Statesville.

This event is sponsored by Downtown Statesville Development Corporation (DSDC) and the City of Statesville. For additional information and to purchase your tickets contact DSDC at 704-878-3436 or email:
