Request for sealed proposals for 14.4 kV VOLTAGE REGULATORS WITH VOLTAGE REGULATOR CONTROLLER complete as specified, will be sent out on FRIDAY, JANUARY 26, 2024, and will be received by Progressive Engineering Consultants, Inc. on behalf of the City of Statesville, North Carolina. Proposals shall be publicly opened and read at 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at the time and place stated below. Bidder is responsible for timely delivery of their proposal. Minimum of two (2) proposals must be received in order to open all proposals submitted.
