Monday - Saturday
Early Swim Session: 11:00am to 3:00pm
Late Swim Session: 4:00pm to 8:00pm
Sunday
One session: 2:00pm to 6:00pm
**Each session has a maximum of 250 patrons. Entry is first come, first serve**

Admission Fees Per Session
o Under 12 months – Free
o Ages 1 and up - $5.00/person
Pool admission fees are included in Annual Memberships to the Statesville Fitness and Activity Center.

General Guidelines
o Children 12 years old or younger must be supervised by a parent or responsible guardian 16 years or older at all times.
o Patrons are not permitted to bring food or drinks into the pool. The City of Statesville Recreation and Parks Department reserves the right to inspect baggage or carry-in parcels.
o Swim Diapers are required for all children not yet toilet trained. Swim diapers are available for purchase.
o No glass containers in or around the pool.
o No running, rough play, or diving anywhere in the park.
o Appropriate swimwear required. No thong suits allowed. Cut-off jeans, swimming suits with buckles or rivets and other metal or sharp objects are not allowed.
o US Coast Guard approved life jackets and floatation devices only. A limited number of free life jackets are available for your use on the lazy river.
o Patrons 48” and smaller must wear a life jacket to ride on the lazy river.
o No one under 48” tall will be allowed on either of the two big water slides.


Refund and Rain Policies
o All Admission Sales are Final
o Statesville Leisure Pool will only honor Statesville Fitness and Activity Center Annual Members, Birthday Party Passes, and Rain checks from the current season.
o In the event of inclement weather the Statesville Leisure Pool may close. Re-opening of the pool is at the discretion of the pool management. If the pool closes for more than one continuous hour and you have been at the pool for less than two hours, you may get a copy of your receipt initialed and be able to use it as a rain check for another day at no charge during the current season. If you choose to leave during our closed time and we re-open within the hour, your receipt will not be valid for free admittance at another time.


Birthday Parties
o $100.00 includes admission into the pool for up to 10 people of your choice and a four-hour session in one of our party huts. All other guests who enter the pool are required to pay an admissions fee. ONLY birthday cake, cupcakes, and cookie cakes can be brought into the pool for a birthday party. No other outside food or drinks including ice cream and water.
o Payment in full is required to hold a date; no refunds if unable to attend, but party may be rescheduled to another available date or time or monies can be placed on a SRPD account to be used for other activities within SRPD.

Exclusive Rentals
o Admission includes up to 250 guests.
o No outside food or drinks allowed - Concessions available upon request.
o 1/2 payment (non-refundable) required to hold date with balance due 14 days before scheduled party.
o Exclusive rentals are limited to only the Late Swim Session.
Price Structure: $1,000 (4-hour late swim session)


Group/Camp Admission
o Hours: 9:00am - 11:00am
o $3 per person
o Group/Camp Rates only apply during Group/Camp designated hours.
o Group/Camp session has a maximum capacity of 250 patrons.
o Email Daniel Lewis to make a group/camp reservation.

ADMISSION INFORMATION
No admission fee! The splash pad is free and open to the public.
o Shelters at the splash pad are available to rent for parties. Please call the Bentley Community Center at 704-380-2600 for more information.


RULES & REGULATIONS:
FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL PARTICIPANTS, PLEASE COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING SPLASH PAD RULES.
  • Please use the splash pad at your own risk. No attendant is on duty.
  • Children under the age of 12 must have adult supervision at all times in the splash pad area. Never leave a child unattended at the splash pad.
  • Children who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper. Please change your child’s swim diaper outside of the splash pad area and dispose of used swim diapers properly.
  • Proper swim attire must be worn at all times. Street shoes are prohibited. Sandals, water shoes, flip flops or appropriate deck wear is recommended.
  • The following activities and items are not permitted in the splash pad area:
    • Running, rough play and profanity
    • Climbing, sitting, swinging, pulling and playing on splash pad apparatus
    • Skateboards, skates, rollerblades, scooters, bicycles or similar recreation equipment (Strollers, walkers and wheelchairs are permitted.)
    • Food, candy, gum, beverages, and glass containers
    • Alcoholic beverages, smoking, drugs and weapons
    • Intentionally covering water fixtures and drains
    • Pool toys, water balloons, water guns, athletic and other recreation equipment
    • Soaps, detergents, and shampoos
    • Pets, except certified service animals
    • Persons with open cuts, sores, infection or diseases that may be transmitted by the water
    • Amplified music
  • Individuals engaging in any unsafe or disruptive behavior will be asked to leave the splash pad area.
  •  At the first sign of thunder, lightning or severe weather, vacate the splash pad area immediately. Splash Pad will remain closed for 30 minutes after severe weather.
  • The splash pad may be closed at any time due to weather, maintenance or other operational concerns.
  • Restrooms are available and located inside of the Bentley Community Center. Patrons must be dry upon entry into the facility.
