NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT ROLL AND OF PUBLIC HEARING THEREON
TROUTMAN DRIVE, STATESVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA
The public will take notice that the preliminary assessment roll for the street improvement project on Troutman Drive between Peachtree Road and a point 1,020 feet south of Peachtree Road, which was completed on the 14th day of September 2021, has been prepared by the City Clerk.
The improvements were completed, as requested in a petition submitted by the owners of abutting properties on the 29th day of September 2019, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Statesville, North Carolina on the 2nd day of August 2021 to improve Troutman Drive with asphalt paving in accordance with the residential street standard, as approved by the Council on March 2, 2020.
The preliminary assessment roll will be available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk until the date set for the public hearing on the preliminary assessment roll (November 1, 2021).
The City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 o’clock p.m. on the 1st day of November 2021 at the Statesville City Hall for the purpose of hearing public hearing objections to the preliminary assessment roll from all interested persons who appear.
