On October 6, 2022, Cpl. Cleary of the Criminal Investigations Division obtained warrants on Jaheim Tavares Vandiver of 7216 Kilcullen Drive, Charlotte, N.C. for Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury, Assault by Strangulation, and Possession of Firearm by Felon.
Cpl. Cleary also obtained warrants on Tahilyia Amari Mitchell of 10051 Perimeter Station Road, Charlotte, N.C. for Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury, Discharging Firearm within City Limits, Assault by Pointing a Gun, and Communicating Threats.
