IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM WATER DEPARTMENT

Many folks have been running faucets due to the extremely cold weather we experienced over the past several days. Daytime temps are staying above freezing and you can now turn them off!

The City is currently showing continuous flow on over 900 meters which means there could be a leak! In addition, we are running about one million gallons of water a day ABOVE “normal.”

Please check for wet areas and standing or running water in your yard, and for water leaks in your crawlspace or basement. If you see frozen/slick spots on the roads or water running, PLEASE call and report this to the Water Department at 704-878-3417.
