As the US Postal Service recovers from the holiday rush, mail delays are continuing to cause issues with customers receiving their January utility billing statements. If you haven’t received a statement, be sure to contact Customer Service at 704-878-3564 or email [email protected]

Did you know that you can sign up for paperless billing? You can register to view, download, and pay your bill each month. Grab your last bill (you will need your account number) and go to https://utilities.statesvillenc.net/
