This division encompasses:

• Police Captain
  
• Communications & Records Manager
  
• Telecommunications (Dispatch) - (2) Telecommunication Supervisors, (10) Telecommunicators
• Records - (1) Supervisor, (2) Records Clerks
• Lobby Officer
• Police Technology Specialist
• Crime Analyst
• Downtown Parking Control

The division consists of around 19 civilian positions and 2 sworn positions.  This division is under the direction of the Assistant Chief over Administration.

 

How to Obtain Police Reports and Accident Reports

Police reports can be obtained from our Records Unit, at no cost, located at the Statesville Police Department (330 S Tradd St) Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You can request a report by calling 704-878-3410 or by email by clicking on the button below.

REPORTS REQUESTED WILL BE AVAILABLE IN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE REQUEST IS RECEIVED, REVIEWED AND PROCESSED BY OUR RECORDS DIVISION
