RESERVATION REQUESTS
Requests for a room reservation can now be submitted online. This is a request only and not a guarantee of a reservation. Once your request is submitted someone from the Civic Center will review it and get back to you on the status of your request. Payments can also be made online through this system. If you have an event reserved and would like to pay online please let the Civic Center know and we can email you a login and password for online payments.

Please keep these questions in mind when calling for a reservation:
1. What is your event date(s)?
2. What is your event time?
3. How many people will be attending?
4. What type of event?
5. What type of set-up: banquet, seminar, classroom, or theatre?
6. Will you have alcohol?
7. Do you want a dance floor?
8. Do you need the kitchen?
9. Are you a non-profit group (501 C3 status)?
Items included in the rental rates:
Your room rental includes a customized room set up including tables, chairs, white linens and skirting, (1) podium with microphone and ice. Upon request an American Flag set will also be added to your room at no additional charge.
