Electronic Utility Statements Gmail Issue

City Utility customers who are signed up to receive electronic utility statements using a Gmail address are experiencing issues with email delivery. Our third-party vendor has reached out to Google and is working on resolving the issue. To view your bills, you can log into your account on their web site at and view your bills, both current and past. You can choose to revert to paper bills while logged into this account if you wish to be removed from electronic utility statements until this issue is resolved. You can also log into your City Utility Bill website at to see your current balance, make a payment, and view both billing and payment history.
