🍂 Leaf crews have made their final rounds throughout the city. Beginning this week, leaves will need to be bagged and placed on the curb on your normal garbage pickup day for removal.

❌ NCDOT will be closing Knox Street between East Broad and Valley Street beginning tomorrow through March 6 to install a new section of storm drainage. Motorists will need to use Cynthia to Knox Street during this closure.

🏢 Do you know someone that is looking for a summer job? The Recreation & Parks Department is looking for pool staff, lifeguards, summer camp staff, and more. Information about summer jobs are available on our website at statesvillenc.net under human resources.

The call comes out on Sundays at 7 p.m. and lasts about 45 seconds. You can also get the message by text or email. You can only receive this call if you register.

You will also get emergency notifications specific to Statesville when necessary.
