City of Statesville Request for Proposal - Warehouse Project

Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 AM on June 1, 2023 at the Statesville City Hall, 227 S. Center St, Statesville, NC 28677, for the construction of new public works facilities at which time and place bids will be opened and read.

Work included in the project is listed below:

The Project is four new buildings, Building 1 – Vehicle Maintenance garage, Building 2 – Electric Utilities department, Building 3 – Storage building, and Building 4 – Covered Parking. The Project includes site work including earthwork, paving, landscaping, and utilities.

The State Department of Administration requires participation by minority or women-owned businesses according to General Statue 143-128.1(a). The City of Statesville has set a participation goal at 10%.

Bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for addenda and other pertinent documents.

The City of Statesville as owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason.
