A. Consider approving the June 05, 2023 Pre-Agenda and City Council meeting minutes. (Fugett) Pg. 7

B. Consider approving first reading of an Ordinance establishing a 45-mph speed zone on Crawford Road within the corporate limits of Statesville at the request of the NCDOT. (Onley) Pg. 15

C. Consider awarding the construction contract for Phases 1 and 2 of the Municipal Warehouse/Operations Center to Wharton-Smith, Inc. (Harrell) Pg. 24

D. Consider approving a resolution directing the City Clerk to investigate a petition of annexation for AX23-08, PIN #4724-68-3060, the Jose Manuel Villagomez Ramirez Property located at 314 Bristol Drive; Receive the City Clerk’s Certificate of Sufficiency; Consider approving a resolution fixing a date of July 17, 2023, for a public hearing for the petition for annexation. F. Consider approving a Resolution to accept the winning bid from Jai Amba Maa (JAM) Hospitality for two properties owned by the City of Statesville, 1203 Free Nancy Ave (PIN 4745-54-1924.000) and 1213 Free Nancy Ave (PIN 4745-43-9618.000) in the amount of $650,000.00 plus other related costs and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Warranty Deed and Purchase Contract for the same to the purchaser.
