The Statesville Historic Preservation Commission will conduct a regular meeting on October 26, 2023 at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held in the city council chambers on the 2nd Floor in City Hall, 227 S Center Street.

3. Review and approval of August 24, 2023 HPC Meeting Minutes.

4. Consideration to continue Certificate of Appropriateness (COA23-17) from Joseph Murray to add brick veneer to the newly constructed chimney boxes on the structure located at 518 South Race Street; Tax Map 4734-83-3083.

5. Consider Certificate of Appropriateness (COA23-19) from Mary Jane Draper to replace the front porch shingles and replace two columns on the side porch on the structure located at 424 Western Avenue; Tax Map 4734-92-2832.

6. Consider Certificate of Appropriateness (COA23-20) from CBC2 Construction LLC, represented by Latoya Rinehardt, to replace the front door on the front elevation of the structure located at 423 W Bell Street; Tax Map 4734-93-0454.
