4. Consider Design Review Application, DRC 24-04 from Gene Konczal to move the city owned bench in front of 212 South Center Street, Suite 101 to a new location in front of 212 South Center Street, Suite 102; Tax ID 4744-05-0363.

5. Election of Chair and Vice-Chair for the new year, 2024. Continued from January 11th, 2024 and February 8th, 2024 DRC Meetings.
