UPDATE: The Statesville Historic Preservation Commission Meeting which commenced on September 26th, 2024, beginning at 7:00pm and all items were continued due to Hurricane Helene has been scheduled for October 10th, 2024 at 7pm. The meeting will be located at 227 South Center Street in the Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor.

6. Consider Certificate of Appropriateness (COA24-23) from Ashley Jimenez to construct a new house and garage on the property located at 431 S Mulberry Street; Tax Map 4734-93-3776.

7. Consider Certificate of Appropriateness (COA24-24) from Richard Boyd to redesign and rebuild the rear part of the house located at 625 Walnut Street; Tax Map 4734-74-5462.

8. Consider Certificate of Appropriateness (COA24-25) from David and Sally Parker to remove the playhouse structure in the rear yard located at 219 N Mulberry Street; Tax Map 4734-86-3139. Consider Certificate of Appropriateness (COA24-26) from David and Sally Parker to build an addition to the rear of the house located at 219 N Mulberry Street; Tax Map 4734-86-3139.
