What Does the Board Do?

Who Can Serve?
- The Board consists of 5 to 11 commissioners appointed by the mayor.
- At least one commissioner must be a person directly assisted by the Housing Authority.
- City officials are not eligible to serve.
- Terms last five years, and commissioners may serve until their successor is appointed.
