UPDATE: 1/10/2025 @ 11:45AM

The payment system is back up and running. Thank you for your patience!

We want to inform our utility customers that our payment systems are temporarily unavailable. This includes online payments through our website and payments made over the phone. While this issue is being resolved, we understand the importance of ensuring alternative payment options are available to you.

Payment Options During the Outage
Although online and phone payments are currently unavailable, you can still make payments conveniently:

  • In Person: Visit our Customer Service office at 301 S. Center Street during normal business hours.
  • Drop Box: Place your payment in the drop box at the same location.
  • Drive-Thru: Use our drive-thru service for quick and easy payments.

You can still access your account online to view account history, bills, and other details. However, payment processing is not currently functional.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue. We will provide updates as soon as the system is back online.

If you have questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service team at 704-878-3564 or [email protected].

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
