VII. CONSENT AGENDA All items below are considered to be routine by City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Council member requests, in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered with the other items listed in the Regular Agenda.

A. Consider approving the February 12-13, 2025 Retreat Minutes, February 13, 2025 Pre-Agenda and February 17, 2025 City Council meeting minutes. (E. Kurfees)

B. Consider passing second reading of an ordinance regarding the condemnation of an abandoned, dilapidated dwelling located at 1117 4th Street to demolish the dwelling as unsafe and a dangerous condition. (Marion)

C. Consider passing the second reading of an of the annexation request AX24-17 Pressley Farm located at 116 Victory Lane. (Kirkendall)

D. Consider passing a resolution directing the City Clerk to investigate a petition of annexation, AX25-01 Barkley Springs Phase 2 for the property located along Barkley Road North and Barkley Road West, receive the City Clerk’s Certificate of Sufficiency, and consider passing a resolution fixing a date of March 17, 2025, for a public hearing for the petition of annexation. E. Consider appropriating fund balance to approve Budget Amendment #2025-17 to pay an economic incentive in the amount of $225,645.86 to Doosan Bobcat. (Smith)

VIII. Consider passing second reading of Rezoning Request ZC25-01 for The Reserve at James Farm; property located on James Farm Road; to rezone from the R-5MF CZ to R-5 MF CZ, Change of Conditions. (Caulder)

IX. Consider adopting a Valley Gutter style of concrete curb and gutter into the City of Statesville Public Works Department Street Construction Specifications and Details manual. (Hubert)
