Customer Service Drive-Thru Temporarily Closed

Last Updated 8/29/2025Posted in Latest City News, Homepage

The City of Statesville Customer Service drive-thru is currently out of service. While we work to get the lanes reopened as quickly as possible, customers have several convenient options to pay their bills:

  • In Person: Visit the Customer Service office inside City Hall.
  • Drop Box: Located outside the Customer Service office. (Please note: no cash payments in the drop box.)
  • By Mail:  First Citizens Bank | Lockbox 96277 | 6125 Lakeview Road, Suite 800 | Charlotte, NC 28269
  • Phone: Call 704-878-3564 to make a payment anytime, 24/7, using the automated phone system.
  • Online: Pay securely at www.statesvillenc.net/pay. With the automatic draft option, you can “set it and forget it,” so you never miss a payment or have to fight traffic.

We understand this closure may be an inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience while repairs are underway. Updates will be shared as soon as the drive-thru is back in service.

For questions about payment options or assistance with your account, please contact Customer Service at 704-878-3564.
