As winter weather and the potential for icy conditions move into our area, the City of Statesville wants to make sure residents have the right contact information readily available in case issues arise. Having these numbers saved now can help you respond quickly and safely during the storm.

Power Outages

To report a power outage, call 704-878-3479.

Residents can also view the City’s outage map to track known outages and restoration efforts here: OUTAGE MAP

Please note: Do not use the “Report an Outage” button on the outage map. The Outage Management System is not fully operational at this time. The map is available for viewing outage information only.

Power outage updates will also be shared on the website and Facebook page as information becomes available during the storm.

Storm Preparedness Reminders

  • Stay off the roads during icy conditions unless travel is necessary

  • Charge phones and devices ahead of time
