ZC26-02: 149 Weeping Cherry Lane from the City’s ETJ (Ex- tra-Territorial Jurisdiction) zoning to Iredell County’s jurisdiction.

That the City Council of the City of Statesville will hold and conduct a public hearing on the 16th day of February 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 227 South Center Street, Statesville, North Carolina, for the purpose of considering the proposed case as follows: ZC26-02: This request, initiated on behalf of the Doris M Johnson Re- vocable Living Trust is to remove a portion of the parcel (approximately 18 acres) located at 149 Weeping Cherry Lane from the City’s ETJ (Ex- tra-Territorial Jurisdiction) zoning to Iredell County’s jurisdiction. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend the hearing.
