Fair Housing

The solution to housing discrimination starts with you. If you have been trying to buy/rent a house or apartment & you believe your rights have been violated, contact HUD or your local fair housing center. The Fair Housing Act prohibits housing discrimination because of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, familial status or disability.

Iredell Housing Fund

The Iredell Housing Fund, a collaborative effort between the United Way of Iredell County and various local organizations, is dedicated to helping residents of Iredell County achieve homeownership by providing financial assistance and resources. The fund works to prevent homelessness by offering support services to those at risk of losing their homes.

Iredell County Area Public Transit (ICATS)

Iredell County Area Transportation System (ICATS) is a Community Transportation Program that serves human service consumers and the general public. ICATS operates as a ride-sharing system that enables routes and schedules to be structured to transport multiple passengers to multiple destinations.
