• Review Budget Comparison - $70k invoice approved by council 06/01

• Approve April 2026 Financials

• Approve April 2026 Meeting Minutes
• Update from April Meeting: The board expressed concern regarding ongoing inability to operate with current budget limitations. Board directed Cindy to focus communications with the city on and moving towards compliance with State Legislations for use of occupancy tax.
• Sherisha Hills: Assistant City Manager – Provide update on potential interlocal agreement and presentation to council in August.

Executive Director Update – Cindy Sutton, Executive Director

• 2026/2027 Budget Review + Approval
• TDA vs. CVB Discussion: Option to organize as C6 for stabilization and growth purposes.
