Newtonville Community Park Revitalization

Project Update: June 1, 2026

Work continues on the Newtonville Community Park Revitalization Project. The contractor's initial pickleball court resurfacing did not meet project expectations and will be redone. Resurfacing work is expected to take place within the next two weeks. Once the court surface is complete, perimeter fencing will be installed around the pickleball courts.

Additional improvements remain in progress throughout the park. Upcoming work includes installation of split rail fencing, development of the parking lot, design and installation of the disc golf course, and the addition of a walking trail. These improvements will continue to enhance recreational opportunities and accessibility within the park.
