Wednesday, January 17, 2024, is Customer Service Day. We mark the day with thanks for the dedicated team at the City of Statesville Customer Service Center. This hub is more than an office; it's a vital support for our residents.

As we celebrate π‘ͺπ’–π’”π’•π’π’Žπ’†π’“ π‘Ίπ’†π’“π’—π’Šπ’„π’† π‘«π’‚π’š, let's take a moment to applaud the individuals who are the first interaction for many utility customers, help guide customers that need help to the appropriate community resources and agencies, man the phones, respond to emails, and handle the myriad of tasks that keep Statesville thriving.

The City of Statesville expresses its gratitude for their dedication to providing top-notch customer service. Would you help us extend our thanks to the City of Statesville Customer Service Center?!
