Invitation to Bid (ITB) - Rubber Surface for Splash Pad

The City of Statesville is seeking bids for the replacement of the playsafer rubber surfacing of the splash pad located at 1875 Simonton Rd.

NOTICE TO VENDOR

It is the intent of this bid invitation to obtain proposals for supplying the materials, supplies/equipment and labor listed herein. You must be in strict compliance with the specifications and offer the same or equal if so quoted. Any additional terms and conditions regarding specifications by the offeror shall have no force or effect.

EXECUTION

In compliance with this Invitation to Bid (ITB), and subject to all the conditions herein, the undersigned offers and agrees to furnish and deliver any or all items at the price quoted. Failure to execute/sign quote prior to submittal shall render quote invalid. Late quotes are not acceptable.
