The Design Review Committee will conduct a regular meeting on June 13th, 2024, beginning at 2:00 pm in the Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor at Statesville City Hall, 227 S Center Street.

2. Consider Design Review Application DRC 24-07 from the City of Statesville, represented by DELCO General Contractors, to build a parking deck on the property located at 105 East Front Street, Tax Map 4744-05-8266.

3. Consider Design Review Application DRC 24-08 from the City of Statesville, represented by DELCO General Contractors, to build an expansion to the Police Department on the property located at 330 South Tradd Street, Tax Map 4744-05-9038.
