2. Consider Design Review Application DRC 24-11 from the Apex Outdoor Sports, Inc., represented by Tammy Wyatt, to install a new awning on the building located at 236 West Broad Street, Tax Map 4734-95-0681.

3. Consider continuing Design Review Application DRC 24-11 from Merrill Lynch, Piererz, Fenner & Smith Incorporated to paint the brick on the front facade and rear southeast corner of the building located at 111 West Broad Street, Tax Map 4734-95-8636.
