ZC24-14 The Reserve at James Farm: Courtesy Hearing for a rezoning application filed by Mr. Chris LaMack; located on James Farm Road, between Glenway Drive and James Farm Road; Iredell County Tax Map Parcel #’s 4745-78-7821; from R-5MF CZ (High Density Multi-Family Residential Conditional Zoning) District to R-5MF CZ (High Density Single-Family Residential Conditional Zoning) District, change of conditions.

5. ZC24-09 Arey Road: Courtesy Hearing for a rezoning application filed by Mr. Eddie Moore of McAdams Company on behalf of Taylor Morrison Homes; located on Arey Road and Buffalo Shoals Road between Old Airport Road and Wallace Springs Road; Iredell County Tax Map Parcel #’s 4723-93-4307; from Iredell County R-20 (Single Family Residential) District to City of Statesville R-8 CZ (Medium Density Multi-Family Residential Conditional Zoning) District.
