CONDEMNATION / DEMOLITION PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Statesville will hold and conduct public hearings on the 7th day of October 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, Statesville, North Carolina, for the purpose of considering proposed ordinances directing the Planning Director to demolish as dilapidated the dwellings known as:

1. 1230 Wilmington Avenue, location on Iredell Tax Map 4744-31-0829

2. 514 Arfield Street, location on Iredell Tax Map 4734-83-6154
