LEGAL NOTICE

TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND PARTICULARLY THE CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF STATESVILLE’S PLANNING JURISDICTION YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE:

That the City Council of the City of Statesville will hold and conduct a public hearing on the 7th day of October 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 227 South Center Street, Statesville, North Carolina, for the purpose of considering the proposed cases as follows:

ZC24-11: Rezoning initiated by Mr. Jim Maurer, for the property (know as Holland Farms), located on Scott’s Creek Road between Arrington Farm Lane and Miller Farm Road, from Iredell County RA (Residential Agricultural) District and Iredell County M-1 (Light Manufacturing) District to City of Statesville Planned Unit Development (PUD), The request is for a mixed-use development with retail uses, single family homes, and townhomes; Tax Map Parcel # 4726-30-0596.
