The Statesville Planning Board will hold a meeting on March 25, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 227 South Center Street, Statesville, NC.

3. TA25-01 Text Amendment to the Unified Development Code filed by city staff on behalf of Downtown Statesville, to amend Article 3 Zoning, Section 3.04, Table 3- 1: Use Matrix and Article 9 Definitions, Section 9.02: Drinking Establishments.

4. 2019 Mobility + Development Plan Amendment for a portion of Bethlehem Road extension, connecting Stamey Farm Road to Bethlehem Road south and west of the airport initiated by staff. Right – of – Way on Iredell County Tax Parcel # 4714- 31-8718 is proposed to be removed.
