- Mission: The Mission of the HRC is actively to promote amicable relations and mutual respect among all groups in the greater Statesville area and to discourage discriminatory practices toward such groups. thus promoting the general welfare of this community.
- Goal: It shall be the goal of the HRC to facilitate the prevention and resolution of problems affecting the human relations of all citizens residing, working, trading, or visiting in the service area.
