City of Statesville Utility Bill Mailing Address Reminder

Payments sent to the previous lockbox address will no longer be forwarded to the City of Statesville after October 31, 2025. 

Any payments received at the old address after this date will be returned to the sender by the postal service.

If you mail your utility payments, please update your records to use the current address:
