1. Welcome
2. Review and approval of February 12, 2026 DRC Meeting Minutes.
3. Consider Design Review Application DRC 26-04 from Tanisha Schoolfield, owner of Creations by TYS, to renovate the exterior front façade of 105 Cooper Street.
4. Consider Design Review Application DRC 26-05 from D.H. Griffin Wrecking Company, Inc. to remove the rear elevation canopy from the building located at 122 North Tradd Street.
