π The Statesville Police Department will be at Walgreens on Davie Avenue this Saturday from 10a to 2p for National Prescription Drug Take Back Day. This is a great opportunity to safely dispose of unused or expired medications, as well as sharps and needles. Learn more here.
π₯ We also want to remind residents that the City of Statesville is currently under Stage D3 Extreme Drought conditions, and water use restrictions are in place. In addition, a burn ban remains in effect due to ongoing dry conditions. Outdoor burning is not allowed, and residents are urged to use caution with grills and anything that could spark a fire.
