The Statesville Historic Preservation Commission will conduct a regular meeting on April 23rd , 2026 beginning at 7:00pm. The meeting will be located at 227 South Center Street in the Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor.

3. Review and approval of March 26, 2026 HPC Minutes.

4. Review and approval of May 22, 2025 HPC Minutes.

5. Review and approval of September 25, 2025 HPC Minutes.

6. Consider Certificate of Appropriateness (COA26-05) from D and J State Trust to replace the existing wood window sash packs in the structure with new wood window sash packs on property located at 211 West Bell Street.

7. Adjournment
