A. Consider approving the December 4, 2023 Council meeting minutes and the March 18, 2024 Pre-Agenda and Council meeting minutes. (Fugett and E. Kurfees)

B. Consider approving the Statesville Fire Department to apply for the FY23 Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) grant. (G. Kurfees)

C. Consider approving the Statesville Fire Department to apply for the FY23 Fire Prevention and Safety Grant Program. (G. Kurfees)

D. Consider appointing one member to the Statesville Convention & Visitors Bureau to fill an unexpired term. (Sutton)

E. Consider passing the second reading of TA24-01: Text Amendments to the Unified Development Code filed by the City of Statesville to amend Article 2. Development Review Process, Section 2.17 Certificate of Zoning. (Morrison)

F. Consider passing second reading of Rezoning Request ZC23-19 Fort Dobbs Mini Storage; for properties located on James Farm Road, between Highway 21 and Parcel Drive; from R-15 (Urban Fringe Low Density Residential) District to B-5 CZ (General Business Conditional Zoning) District. (Ashley)

G. Consider passing second reading of Rezoning Request ZC23-15 River Hill PUD; for properties located on U.S. Highway 64 between East Broad Street and River Hill Road; from Iredell County RA (Residential Agricultural) District and Iredell County R-20 (Single-Family Residential) District to City of Statesville Planned Unit Development (PUD). H. Consider passing the second reading of Rezoning Request ZC24-03 for property located at 134 Cumberland Road, Statesville, NC; Iredell County Tax Parcel # 4733-71-7067; from Iredell County NB (Neighborhood Business) to City of Statesville B-2 (Neighborhood Business) (Ashley)

I. Consider passing second reading of AX24-01, an ordinance to annex the properties located at 2511 & 2507 Newton Drive, Bristol Road, PIN #’s 4724-72-2785, 4724-71-3753, 4724-71-7836 pt., the Clara H. Johnson Revocable Family Trust (Airport Park Subdivision) properties. (Ashley)

J. Consider approving a ground lease assumption from TMT Aero, LLC to Go-Consultants, LLC. (Ferguson)

K. Consider approving a Resolution authorizing the upset bid process for City Owned Property at PIN 4744-62-0910.000. (Pierce)

L. Consider a request from Mr. Eugene Konczal to relocate the city owned bench in front of 212 South Center Street. (Sigmon)

X Consider funding the WTP Caustic Tank Replacement and Building Repairs” Project and approving Budget Amendment 2024-28. (Vaughan)

XI Consider approving Amendment 1 to the construction contract with Samet Construction for the airport terminal building, approving the professional services contract with Parrish and Partners for civil engineering services for the airport terminal building in the amount of $823,770.00, and approving the guaranteed maximum price of $12,486,302.00 for the construction of the airport terminal building. XII Consider allowing the Statesville Convention and Visitor's Bureau to use the Depot for office and storage space. (Smith)
