The Statesville Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at 12:30pm in the Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall, 227 South Center Street, Statesville, NC.

AGENDA

2. Review and Approval of Minutes from the January 7, 2025 meeting.

3. V25-01; A request filed by Betsy Swan for a variance from the Statesville Unified Development Code, Section 6.07 Sign Regulations, Subsection H – Prohibited signs, which does not allow signs with flashing, moving, rotating pulsating or glaring parts, including LED signs not specifically authorized by this Code except for time and temperature (exception Subsection S). The petitioner’s request is for an electronic message board (EMC) to be permitted in the B-5 Zoning District.
