Last Updated 9/12/2025Posted in Latest City News, Homepage

September 16, 2025, is National Voter Registration Day – a nationwide celebration of democracy and a reminder of the power we each hold at the ballot box.

Whether you’re registering to vote for the first time or simply checking to make sure your information is up to date, today is the perfect time to take that important step.

Your voice matters in shaping the future of our community. Voting is one of the most effective ways to ensure that your ideas, values, and priorities are represented. Encourage your friends, family, and neighbors to get registered, too – the more participation we have, the stronger our community becomes.

This fall brings local elections that will shape the direction of Statesville. As we look ahead, take advantage of this opportunity to confirm your voter registration, mark your calendar for upcoming election dates, and prepare to cast your ballot.
