The Statesville Historic Preservation Commission will conduct a regular meeting on May 28, 2026 beginning at 7:00pm. The meeting will be located at 227 South Center Street in the Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor. 

AGENDA

1. Welcome

2. Roll Call

3. Review and approval of minutes of April 23, 2026 HPC Minutes. 

4. Consider Certificate of Appropriateness (COA26-05) from D and J State Trust to replace the existing wood window sash packs in the structure with new wood sash packs on the property located at 211 West Bell Street.

5. Consider Certificate of Appropriateness (COA26-06) from Jason F. & Jaime L. Blair to replace the chain link fence in the back with a cedar fence with two gates and add approximately ten feet of cedar fence to extend the fence line in the rear at the house located at 143 North Elm Street.

6. Adjournment
