Road Closure Scheduled on East Broad Street for Final Tree Removal
Tree removal work that began the week of July 6 is entering its final phase and is expected to be completed this week. The remaining portion of the work is scheduled for Thursday, July 16, 2026, beginning at 8 a.m. Eastbound East Broad Street will be closed between Wells Fargo and Green Street while crews complete the tree removal. Westbound traffic will remain open.
The closure is expected to last until approximately noon, but motorists should expect delays and follow posted traffic control measures. We appreciate your patience as crews complete this work.
