VIII CONSENT AGENDA: All items below are considered to be routine by City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Council member requests, in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered with the other items listed in the Regular Agenda.
A. Consider approving the August 07, 2023 Pre-Agenda and City Council meeting minutes.
B. Consider approving Electricities Amendment Agreement No. 3, the Excess Participant’s Share Agreement and a Resolution approving and authorizing the execution of these documents.
C. Consider approving first reading of an Ordinance restricting parking on a portion of Oakview Street.
D. Consider approving 2nd reading of AX23-09, an ordinance to annex the property located on Crawford Road, PIN #4756-00-8969 (portion) NC Park 40/77 property.
E. Consider approving 2nd reading of AX23-11, an ordinance to annex the property located at 130 Butterfield Circle PIN #4725-33-1300 owned by the McClure Group Inc.
F. Consider approving 2nd reading of AX23-12, an ordinance to annex the property located at 225 Butterfield Circle, PIN #4725-23-9294, owned by LandQuest Carolinas LLC.
G. Consider approving Budget Amendment 2024-04 for a reissuance of payments for the System Development Fee (SDF) lawsuit settlement.
H. Consider adopting a Capital Project Fund ordinance for the Warehouse/Operations Center project and adopting Budget Amendment 2024-06.
I. Consider approving an ordinance to adopt an annexation boundary agreement between the City of Statesville and the Town of Troutman.

IX Presentation of the 2023 Semi-Annual Crime Statistics
X Consider approving the 2023-2028 City of Statesville Strategic Plan framework.
XI Conduct a public hearing and consider approving first reading of rezoning request ZC23-13 for the property located at 1403 Old Salisbury Road, Iredell County Tax Map Parcel #4754-00-0861; from R-8MFM to HI.
XII Conduct a public hearing and consider approving first reading of AX23-13, an ordinance to annex the property located on James Farm Road, PIN #4746-81-1103 the Redwood Statesville, James Farm property.
XIII Receive update on the 2020 Housing Inventory and continue with Compliance and Foreclosures.
XIV Consider approving an engineering services contract for the Arey Road Waterline and Elevated Storage Tank and Budget Amendment No. 2024-05.
XV Consider acceptance of the Jane Sowers Feasibility Study final report and submit project in the Metropolitan Transportation Plan.
