Project Overview

The South Corporate Development Project will prepare new space for aviation growth at the Statesville Regional Airport. Work includes grading to create pad-ready sites for future hangar construction and building one speculative hangar available for lease. This project is designed to expand the airport’s capacity for hangar development and strengthen its role as a regional hub for aviation.
